When you confirm a class, we reserve that date for YOU. We value you and your time and will bring the very best when we teach a class for you. Please be sure of your schedule and your ability to properly promote and host the class when you confirm. If any equipment is required on your end, please be sure it is in working order.

We reserve the right to change a course or instructor in the event of last minute changes in our course or instructor roster, illness, or other emergency.

There will be a $200 charge for cancellations made with less than 3 weeks notice. If you cancel a class within 2 days of scheduled class, full class fees will be charged. If cancellation is due to an extreme disaster such as Hurricane Harvey, fees will be waived. Thank you for your understanding.
